As required by the US Code of Federal Regulations Title 49, persons providing periodic requalification of DOT specification cylinders
need to have the written recommendation of an approved Independent Inspection Agency.
Arrowhead Industrial Services, Inc. has been providing this service to cylinder re-test facilities around the world since the requirement
came into effect.
